The controller
Quinton Blinds is a trading name used by BlindsNation Ltd of Unit 1 Premier Trading Estate, Dartmouth Middleway, Birmingham B7 4AT, which acts as controller of personal data gathered through this website.
What is collected
A booking records your name, email, mobile and any optional extra number, your address and postcode, the blinds and window count you choose, any notes and the appointment time. The page you booked from and campaign tags in the link you used, such as utm values or a Google click ID, are recorded too.
How it is used
Details are used to schedule and carry out the free measure, to send email and text confirmations and reminders, to prepare a quotation and to learn which pages and campaigns bring bookings. We rely on steps taken at your request before a contract and on our legitimate interest in operating the business.
Appointment messages
Our emails and texts concern your booking only. Marketing is never sent without your separate consent.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after you choose Accept in the cookie banner; choosing Reject means it never loads. The decision is remembered in your browser and can be revisited through Cookie settings in the footer. Campaign tags stay in your browser for the current visit alone.
Processors
Hosting, email and text message providers handle data on our instructions. Personal data is not sold.
Retention
Records are held only as long as the service and our legal and accounting obligations require, then removed.
Your choices
Email info@blindsnation.co.uk to request access, correction or deletion, or to object to processing. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
