Where the blind is fixed changes what you see when it is up. Fitted at the top of the recess, the rolled tube sits within the frame. Fitted higher on the wall, it can roll clear of the glass entirely, so the window looks taller and you lose no daylight. That option depends on the wall above the window, which we check at the measure. A fabric with a subtle slub or linen-look weave adds interest without competing with the view.

A reverse roll sends the fabric down the front of the tube rather than behind it, hiding the roll and pushing the blind slightly away from handles. It is a detail many people never hear about, but it can solve a blind that would otherwise catch on a window lever.

Bottom bars and edges are where a roller shows its quality. A neat weighted bar keeps the fabric hanging straight, and a simple shaped edge or trim can add character without fuss. We will show the options so the finished blind looks considered rather than plain.
